Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to purchases of Doink Pro (monthly and yearly subscriptions) made through our reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Doink is operated by Edgar Rodrigo Granados Alvizures ("we", "us").
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Doink Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
Free trial
Doink Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and no charge will be made. If you cancel after the trial ends, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies.
How to request a refund
Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
- Or email us at hello@doink-ai.com and we'll help you through the process.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings screen in the app, or through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically prorate or refund unused time outside the 30-day window above.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
